An experienced Commercial Property Management Surveyor (Senior or Associate Director level) is required to join the Manchester city centre office of our leading consultancy client that provides advice on the full range of property matters across, but not limited to Property Management, Agency, Lease Advisory, Valuation, Development, Compulsory Purchase, Building Consultancy, Business Rates etc.

Our client is a well-respected and highly successful property consultancy, and they are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and MRICS Qualified Rating Surveyor – Associate, to join its’ Manchester office. The role is to predominantly cover the whole Northwest market and where necessary, work in conjunction with other regional offices.

As a CPO Surveyor at Associate level, you will be a key member of the Compulsory Purchase Team (based in the Birmingham office), providing compensation and compulsory purchase advice and negotiating claims on behalf of claimants and acquiring authorities across the country.
