The Opportunity
Our client is a true market leader, offering a full range of professional property solutions from a network of offices throughout the UK.
In the Senior Valuation Surveyor role, you will be a key member of the Manchester and wider National Valuation team, delivering not only against their own targets for business but also being a team player, sharing leads and best practice and mentoring and supporting others in the team.
The role will build the client base and deliver against all Valuation related needs.
Key Accountabilities
- To assist in the successful implementation and delivery of all aspects of valuation consultancy, working in conjunction with the Regional and National teams.
- Provide informed, market facing and independent advice on all standard property types.
- Deliver projects from inception to completion with minimum supervision to meet the objectives in accordance with company policies and management systems.
- Instructions to include but are not limited to:
- Investment Valuation
- Red Book Valuations
- Loan Book Reviews
- Accounts Valuations
Also, you shall assist with business development by handling repeat business, attending industry events and client presentations.
Qualifications / Experience Knowledge
- MRICS Qualified & Registered Valuer
- Good IT skills in particular Word and Excel, with knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Developer Software preferable.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Able to plan and manage workload efficiently.
