The Role:

Kingsley is retained by a well-respected and highly successful national property consultancy who, as a consequence of continued growth, are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Property Manager to join the North West team, to pro-actively manage a mixed property portfolio, on behalf of several retained fund clients.

You will be joining a dedicated team with a high level of autonomy supported by other the wider commercial property management team. Client management / leadership opportunities are provided, allowing full involvement in all aspects of managing a commercial property portfolio.

Responsibilities shall include:

  • Management of multi occupied commercial property – industrial, office, retail, leisure.
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, clients, occupiers, contractors and on-site staff.
  • Day-to-day liaison with Property Owners, Asset Managers and Occupiers.
  • Preparing and reporting information to clients in a timely manner
  • Lease Management.
  • Supervising and instructing site-based staff as appropriate.
  • Service Charge management including preparing, presenting and implementing approval of Service Charge Budgets & Reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, including Health & Safety and other regulations.
  • Team leadership opportunities.
  • Candidates may be asked to provide support to other members of the team - depending on the level of experience.

Pre-requisites:

  • MRICS (desirable, not fully essential if good level of relevant experience)
  • Experience within the commercial property market and commercial property management.
  • Reasonable property market and wider economic / business knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Word and Excel
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage workload.
  • Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn on the job.
  • Driving license essential.

Remuneration:

  • Competitive Basic Salary to circa £50,000+ p.a. (D.O.E.)
