Our client is an established and well respected multi-disciplined property consultancy that provides expert professional advice across a whole spectrum of commercial property which includes Agency, Management and Professional Services.
THE ROLE
The client’s National Offices Department is looking for an experienced and highly recognised Office Agent to join its’ National Offices department, based out of the Northwest. As a recognised Office Agent, you shall be expected to undertake many of the usual agency duties & responsibilities, playing a key role in supporting clients through all aspects of commercial office agency property transactions, to include but not be limited to:
- conducting professional work for clients and to ensure that all relevant reporting requirements are met to agreed deadlines an in accordance with RICS regulatory compliance standards
- ensuring that all work is conducted within the companies ‘Best Practice’ level of standards
- developing direct client relationships, contributing to activities and events organised by both the department and the regional Northwest office
- self-generating fee income (target to be agreed) and to work diligently, to meet team and Business Group targets
- seeking opportunities to develop new business including cross-selling and identification of new business.
Experience & Qualifications
- MRICS Qualified (preferable, but not essential)
- Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office packages and databases
- Good market knowledge required
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Driving Licence
