Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate project costs and recommend value engineering solutions for greater efficiency
- Provide expert advice on NEC4 contracts, particularly option B, for highways and infrastructure
- Guide design and engineering teams on the cost implications of construction methods and material choices
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents
- Manage project costs throughout construction and negotiate final accounts Lead client meetings and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects successfully
About You:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related RICS-accredited qualification
- Demonstrable experience in a commercial role, ideally within highways or infrastructure sectors
