We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor, to deliver a range of commercial development projects, working for an investment firm, headquartered in Manchester.
Are you ready to take your Quantity Surveying skills to the next level? As the In-house Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of shaping exceptional solutions for our team and clients, resolving challenges with your expert knowledge, and enhancing the way we work. You'll be our go-to person, ensuring smooth and proactive delivery while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
What you’ll be doing:
- Business Planning & Support: Help shape the future by contributing to the Portfolio Budget setting process, using your insight and data to advise on live benchmark costs.
- Collaborate & Advise: Work closely with colleagues to understand their needs, offering cost and contract advice that makes a real impact on business priorities.
- Deliver Excellence: Take ownership of Quantity Surveying activities, ensuring top-notch service and clear communication every step of the way.
Key requirements:
You will be degree qualified, with experience gained within a UK consultancy or developer. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as a team, as such, you will lead a small team of Quantity Surveyors.
