Duties & Responsibilities include:
Primarily to undertake a full range of Commercial Valuation work Potentially some Residential Valuation workload Any other professional experience would be advantageous, but not essential to the role.
Required Skills & Experience
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join and establish themselves within a highly successful and expanding practice, to help further grow the company.
- The successful candidate will be min 3 years MRICS Qualified
- Commercial Valuation – Registered Valuer
- A high degree of IT literacy is essential.
- Excellent client interfacing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Driving licence essential
- Previous experience within the sector, either consultancy or client-side
- Ability to work on their own initiative and work unsupervised.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
Remuneration includes:
