The Opportunity
Our client is a successful and expanding national property consultancy offering a full range of professional property solutions from a network of offices, throughout the UK.
One such service that our client provides is within healthcare covering a comprehensive range of property services to support clients’ Primary Care premises, including GP surgeries, medical centres, dentists and pharmacies.
As part of the company’s growth strategy and to diversify the portfolio, our client has been making inroads into adding further Secondary Healthcare services to their already significant primary healthcare offering.
A NEW position has been created to lead this new ‘Secondary Healthcare’ team, for both public and private sector clients, offering a complete range of services and cover properties such as but not limited to specialist clinics, care homes, diagnostic services, urgent care, as well as veterinary.
Summary of Role
We are looking for someone to set up and run this new ‘Secondary Healthcare’ team, within the Healthcare division.
This is a key role, requiring the ability and experience to:
- grow and diversify the team
- maintain a profitable division
- raise the profile of the team
- generate new business for the wider healthcare team, and the wider company.
You shall be required to undertake an active role in relationship management and be responsible for a range of secondary healthcare work, including:
- Landlord & Tenant
- Valuation
- Disposal and Acquisition
- Build a variety of instructions & maximise opportunities.
Qualifications / Experience Knowledge
- MRICS/FRICS Qualified - ideally with 5-year PQE
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Proven experience in the healthcare sector/secondary healthcare services
- Knowledge of Valuation and Landlord & Tenant
- Experience of people management
- Customer and performance focused, preferably with an established client network
- Business winning capabilities
- Proactive, highly organized, meets deadlines and with attention to detail
- Articulate, with excellent communication skills and strong collaborative/ team work ethic
- Self-motivated
Remuneration Guide
- Basic Salary: £65k - £75k per annum (D.O.E.)
- Car Allowance
- Discretionary & Achievable Bonus
- Other benefits (will vary dependent on experience)
