Our client is a renowned Commercial Property Developer & Investor, that holds an impressive track record of providing high-quality property solutions to its’ local and national tenant occupiers, through a pro-active investor landlord approach.
An experienced Associate Director level Property Management Surveyor is required to join the Northwest based team. This is a hybrid role – offering part office/part home based flexibility.
The Role
You shall be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management operations of the company’s Property Portfolio. The core responsibility is to ensure operational consistency and best practices are being employed and new processes/initiatives are correctly implemented across all areas of Property Management. This briefly comprises of the operation, financial, health and safety and day to day tenant management of the estates to maintain and efficiently manage the portfolio.
Working in the Northwest region, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management operations of the Company’s Property Portfolio – predominantly industrial - ensuring that best practices are being employed and new processes/initiatives are correctly implemented, at all times.
You will report directly to the Property Director, but will receive support, guidance, and instructions from other senior members of staff within the company.

- Must take on responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Property Management team and be accountable for the decisions taken.
- Remain self-driven to deliver results with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality outcomes.
- Articulate, dynamic and enthusiastic.
- Highly developed leadership skills with proven ability to drive and motivate individuals. Demonstrate excellent customer relationships and management experience.
- Works proactively in a highly organised manner, with the ability to manage staff, time, prioritise heavy workloads and remain calm under pressure.
- You must be numerate and literate with excellent communication skills and able to clearly present and deliver clear and concise ideas to all levels within the organisation.
- Strong sales negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good understanding of financial information with the ability to analyse financial data.
- Self-motivated and the ability to carry out responsibilities with supervision outside delegated authority levels.
- MRICS Qualified
- Must hold a UK Driving Licence
Salary and Benefits include
- Salary to £65,000+ per annum (DOE)
- Annual Discretionary Bonus
