About the Company?
A national, mid-size property consultancy have a requirement for an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The business has gone from strength to strength in recent years, working with a number of interesting clients, from large developers to universities across the North West region.
About the Role?
The firm has grown in respect and is admired by their clients for getting projects delivered on-time, on-budget and reducing risks throughout the process – they get it right first time. The culture of the company is derived from treating their staff well and you will be joining a team which is rewarded both financially and with clear career progression.
The projects you will be working on are across a broad ranges of sectors, including health, education, commercial, retail & energy. You will be involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying, working on both pre & post contract duties for your clients.
Above all else, you will be joining a team which is growing in size who work hard in delivering exceptional results for their clients whilst working in a relaxed environment and get along well with everyone in the office.
