This role would suit quantity surveyors with a consultancy background, who are looking to take on a leadership role within a growing advisory firm. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities and will see you working across a range of sectors, both public and private.
The company is a rapidly growing consultancy, seeking an experienced Associate or Director level quantity surveyor to join their innovative team in Liverpool.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities. Establish and lead a new Cost Management team. Ensure project delivery with high quality, within specified timelines and budget. Develop and nurture existing client relationships. Provide expert quantity surveying consultancy services for high-value projects, from inception to completion. Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors. Collaborate with candidates to support their progression towards MRICS status.
Qualifications and Experience:
MRICS accreditation or equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years at Associate or Director level. Strong experience in various sectors such as residential, education, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, and healthcare. Proven success in business development and client relationship management. Track record in growing and developing a team. In-depth knowledge of the regional market and strong industry connections.
