What You'll Do:

- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain project excellence.
- Provide strategic advice on project costs and risks.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the retail or commercial sectors.
- A background with a contractor, fit-out company, developer, or consultancy.
- Proficiency in using ConQuest is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
