The Opportunity
Our client is an established firm of Chartered Surveyors, based within the Northwest of England, that is offering an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join a strong and established team, based out of Cumbria.
The role shall involve working on an established and growing rural & agricultural client base throughout Cumbria & the Northwest, working on a variety of instructions which could include a mix of the following:
- Valuations for all rural property types.
- Land & Estate Management.
- Property Agency – Sales & Lettings of all rural property types,
- Strategic Rural/Agri-Business.
- Consultancy to include Environmental Land Management.
- Planning & Development.
- Renewable Energy, Compulsory Purchase and other emerging opportunities – the role has the potential to be varied or more specialised for the right candidate.
N.B. You shall not be required to have experience in all the above areas, but some awareness is key.
