The Role & Opportunity
A leading Property Consultancy seeks a Director (or Associate/Associate Director) to help establish and lead a new Project Management team in Manchester, working alongside its Building Surveying team.
You will drive and grow the Project Management service, delivering commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across the Northwest and North of England, working with Developers, Housebuilders, Investors, and Public Sector clients.
Requirements
- We welcome applications from both Project Managers and Building Surveyors who are skilled Project Managers, with:
- 5+ years' experience delivering multimillion-pound schemes in the North/Northwest for a UK-based consultancy.
- Technical Project Management expertise and strong industry knowledge
- Construction-related degree Ideally Chartered status with RICS or CIOB
- Contract administration experience Experience across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
- Leadership skills to mentor junior staff.
- Strong client engagement and business development abilities.
- Industry contacts with consultants and contractors
- Understanding of full project lifecycle from feasibility to handover
