About the Role
Are you a Building Surveyor keen to undertake your APC, but not receiving the right experience?
My client is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor, to work within an established team. The successful candidate will be exposed to many sectors and will provide a full range of Building Surveying services, along with Contract Administration and Project Management duties.

The Role
Key attributes will include:
- Contract administration
- Building surveys
- Dilapidations
- Party wall matters
- Planned maintenance schedules
- Reinstatement-cost assessments
The person
As the successful Building Surveyor, you will;
- Work closely with a highly professional team
- Liaise with clients
- Produce reports
- Be looking to become Chartered
- Attend site visits/meetings
- Be IT literate
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
