In-House: Head of Commercial Leasing

THE OPPORTUNITY

Kingsley is exclusively retained buy an award-winning development company that is looking to appoint a ‘Head of Commercial Leasing’ to its highly successful team.

The successful applicant shall be responsible for:

• leading and executing the leasing strategy for commercial properties, and
• maximising occupancy, rental income, and asset value.

and shall involve:

• developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,
• negotiating high-value lease agreements,
• ensuring the long-term success of the commercial portfolio, and
• Managing a small team

The portfolio is largely based in the Northwest of England, with further assets located in other parts of the UK.
