About the Role
The Company & Opportunity
A long-established and highly successful commercial real estate company is looking to recruit a Senior Estates Surveyor to join a busy in-house estates team, based out of Manchester.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-Day property & asset management of a mixed portfolio of real estate assets, throughout the UK.
- Strong relationship with occupier clients and customers always.
- Working alongside the accounts team on annual service charge budgets, reconciliations etc.
- Overseeing ongoing maintenance and repair programmes
- Seek and oversee cost saving opportunities
- Traditional Property Management such as rent collections, management of service charge, and landlord / tenant relationship.
- Regular property inspections
- Management of a select number of building managers.
Experience and Qualifications:
- MRICS qualified
- Commercial Property Management experience - essential.

- Circa £45,000 per annum basic salary
