This exciting position will see you growing and managing a building surveying team in the city, leading it to deliver on key targets and provide client services of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will be chartered and possess a strong commercial mindset, while it would be advantageous if they also have a history of generating new business.

This property firm offers a full raft of building surveying consultancy services, and at times this will be a client-facing position. With many interesting and complex projects coming in to the practice, you will be instrumental in handling a variety of associate-level concerns, including dilapidations, contract administration, insurance RCAs, surveys, project management, and BREAAM matters.

To be successful within this associate-level position, you will be a well-rounded professional with, ideally, experience focussing on healthcare, leisure, and educational projects. The desired surveyor will also be a RICS member or equivalent.
