About the role

As the successful candidate for the Commercial Property Assistant you will ideally have at least 1 year’s Commercial Property experience within the legal industry.
Alongside this, you will have a strong working knowledge of SDLT Submission and have experience with opening files and completing searches.
As the Commercial Property Assistant, you will be supporting the Commercial property team with their workload and completing all administrative duties of the transactions. You will also be in contact with both new and existing clients so client care skills are essential for this position.
