About the role

As the successful candidate for the Conveyancing Assistant position, you will be supporting the Conveyancers and Paralegals with their workload, completing all administrative duties. Client care skills are essential for this position as you will be required to liaise with clients and the buyer’s solicitors regularly, as well as issuing contracts to the buyer’s solicitors along with protocol documentation.

Communication skills are another attribute you will possess for this Conveyancing Assistant position. Answering queries over the phone and taking accurate messages, ensuring the correct person has received this message, is a crucial part of your role.

Ideally for this conveyancing Assistant position, you will have a strong working knowledge of SDLT submission and have experience opening files and completing searches.
