Lettings Negotiator


Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an exciting Lettings Negotiator role based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a company with a fantastic reputation for high-level customer service and knowledge of their market place. The business is thriving and as such they need to add to their busy team.

You will be responsible for the entire Lettings process from initial enquiry through to move in to ensure things run as soon as possible and that the high levels of customer service are maintained.

Duties include:

  • Valuations
  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Contract negotiation
  • Processing all relevant documents and paper work – Eligibility to live in UK, references etc
  • Obtaining references for tenants
  • Resolving any issues
  • Answering queries from tenants and landlords
  • Assisting moving process
  • General administration

You must be highly motivated and passionate to join this team. They are a supportive and helpful team that all have the same approach to customer service. You must be confident and professional. Most of all you must be able to give great customer service and be able to solve any issues that can come up.

There will be some weekend work (Saturday morning) and 1 late night per week (7pm)
