 An evolving multidisciplinary consultancy, which has established roots within the North West, has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join its Manchester team. The business has grown significantly over the last few years, and it is seeking to recruit candidates who share its vision and are ambitious in their career, meaning that they can help to grow the consultancy.

About the role

The organisation has a robust client base, bringing in regular repeat business, and has a clear pipeline of work ahead. You will be leading on several exciting instructions, with these being mainly across the North West, but with coverage around Britain. You’ll be client focused and offer superior value, using your experience gained on similar projects and excellent communication skills to deliver consistently at a top level. This way, you can ensure that clients are successful and meet their long-term strategies.

As a quantity surveyor within this prestigious firm, you’ll work on a varied portfolio that ranges from £1m to £30m in worth. Within the role, you’ll be offering clients your expertise in several areas, such as bills of quantities, estimates, cost plans, schedules of work, tender reports, employers’ requirements, valuations, contract documents, cost reports, final accounts, and building reinstatement valuations.
