This is a challenging and rewarding role, where you will undertake all aspects of building surveying, along with Project Management. Relevant Experience:

  • Relevant degree qualification and MRICS Chartered status.
  • Extensive survey experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in client management and contract administration.
  • Advising on design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of residential and commercial properties.
  • Ability to carry out building and measured surveys.

Communication and Commercial Awareness:

  • High level of communication skills and commercial awareness, which are crucial for client interaction.

Analytical and Managerial Skills:

  • Analytical mind and high level of intellect.
  • Experience in managing teams or projects.
