Relevant Experience:
- Relevant degree qualification and MRICS Chartered status.
- Extensive survey experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in client management and contract administration.
- Advising on design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of residential and commercial properties.
- Ability to carry out building and measured surveys.
Communication and Commercial Awareness:
- High level of communication skills and commercial awareness, which are crucial for client interaction.
Analytical and Managerial Skills:
- Analytical mind and high level of intellect.
- Experience in managing teams or projects.
